#Crisischat update
The series of #crisischat webinars concluded this week with an interesting discussion of artificial intelligence in crisis communication. An amazing number of people joined the three sessions during February and early March to discuss aspects of modern crisis communication.
What it has highlighted is the importance for crisis communication to keep developing and improving to be able to meet the demands of modern day events and incidents. I am grateful to Kerry Sheehan, Emma Ewing and Shayoni Lynn for their support and providing valuable insights.
